Director No. 1

My vote is for: Audra Byrd. She has been on the front line of activism and enjoys the endorsement of people whom I trust. But, it looks like FaceBook took down her candidate page. She has promised to stand against mask and vaccine mandates, sexually explicit content, and Critical Race theory. She supports school choice. In my opinion, she is the best candidate in the entire Richland School District.

Danica Garcia, in my view is in denial about Critical Race Theory (CRT) being taught in our schools and is an apologist for it. In an email response, she said “CRT is a framework taught in some law schools and graduate school programs to look at how laws have treated certain groups unfairly based on race or ethnicity.”
She also defended the CRT bill SB5044 saying “State (SB5044) is not CRT, does not discuss CRT, or mandate any type of curricula for students.  SB5044 requires training only for teachers.  It’s about inclusion, empathy, and making all kids feel welcome in the classroom. Furthermore the law says that children have equal access to education.  Shouldn’t we not only follow the laws of our state, but also make sure all kids feel welcome and included in the classroom?”

Director No. 2

My vote is for: Ben Griggs. He has been speaking out at rallies in support of parental control and choice in medical decisions. He has the endorsement of Brad Klippert and Will McKay. He has children in the system and his platform includes: Choice in Education, No to Divisive Curriculum, No to Inappropriate Sex Ed, No to Medical Mandates.

Rick Jansons (incumbent since 2001)… enough said.

Director No. 3

My vote is for: Misipati Semi Bird. Another of those who are very active in the grass roots movement to take back our schools and empower parents to have control over their children’s health and education. Richland is truly blessed to have 3 solid leaders in their races. These elections are easy choices to make. Unfortunately, Bird has been the victim of dirty tactics. See more about Misipati Semi Bird here.

Elizabeth “Liz” Vann-Clark funded by the National Women’s Political Caucus of Washington, who actively recruits, trains, mentors, and educates women to all levels of government, as long as they demonstrate a commitment to “reproductive freedom”, “women’s economic and social equality and equity”. Also funded and endorsed by several unions and education associations. I see her as decidedly the candidate of the globalist left.
