As Michael Savage used to say, “Diversity is perversity.” In current Critical Race Theory stained vernacular, it means anything but a heterosexual, Caucasian, Christian male. Several school districts in the Tri-Cities claim they don’t promote or teach CRT, but have the term “diversity” in their mission statements. Diversity, at its most insidious, is synonym for moral relativism, the idea that what is right is dependent on the individual. This idea is fine when it comes to what you eat for dinner, how you dress, or how you want to decorate your house. Unchecked, moral relativism has lead to the country we have now when the “President” of the United States and a Supreme Court Justice cannot provide a definition of a woman, or that they even have to be asked! With all that said, to go to a festival with food, dance, and dress from other regions or countries is wonderful to see how other people live, provided that it is moral.

Enter the Tri-Cities Diversity, Inclusivity, and Equity Commission…. sorry, that’s the order they should use D.I.E. Someone else must have seen the irony and made sure to say “diversity, equity, and Inclusivity” before they printed the business cards. It wasn’t much of a surprise to see four local TV stations covering this event (KEPR, KVEW, KNDU, PBS). Not one sane person has a problem with people celebrating different cultures from around the world. The problem with this event is that it promotes itself as family friendly, but has a drag queen in the lineup; its deceptive. Drag queens aren’t family friendly. Any organization that participates in this deception is, at best, ignorant. At worst, a groomer. So, then, is it any shock that their facebook page promotes homosexuality, transgenderism through children’s books, homosexual and transgender “play-dates” as well as race based business promotion, and the COVID jab.

D.I.E should be their acronym because nearly everything they promote is a culture of death.
