Kennewick School District has 58.666 million reasons why they should ignore the right and wishes of parents.
There is no Emoluments Clause when it comes to COVID money. The Federal Government is giving millions and millions of dollars to the Kennewick School District only because of the terrible dangers they claim. So, how does confirmation bias effect a board who has no children in their schools?
According to the Nation Educational Association, the Kennewick District (LEA – Local Education Agency 03017) has been assigned $58,666,912 of the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Programs.
